The heart is the most important organ in the human body and has the size of a callus. The heart functions to pump and spread blood by carrying oxygen throughout the body.

This coronary heart disease occurs if blood flow to the heart is obstructed by the presence of fat. This accumulation of fat in the heart arteries is known as atherosclerosis which is the main cause of coronary heart disease. Atherosclerosis can reduce blood supply to the heart and cause blood clots to form.
If this happens, then blood flow to the heart will be completely blocked and a heart attack can occur. The trigger factors include high cholesterol, smoking, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
There are several factors that cause heart disease, such as:
Smoking habit.
High cholesterol levels.
Lifestyle is not maintained.
Hypertension or high blood pressure increases.
Overweight.
The presence of diabetes.
Age and gender factors.

Diagnosis of Heart Disease
Heart disease that is not treated immediately will result in complications that can take a person's life. When the heart does not receive enough blood supply to pump blood, then the performance will decrease. This condition is known as heart failure and can occur suddenly or gradually.
Through the initial diagnosis stage, doctors usually ask about symptoms, family health outcomes, and lifestyle. If the doctor suspects that you have heart disease, the doctor recommends that you undergo several examinations, such as blood tests, electrocardiograms, coronary angiography, CT scans and MRI scans.
Prevention of Heart Disease
There are several ways to prevent heart disease that can be done, including:
Implement a healthy lifestyle by reducing high cholesterol foods and regular exercise.
Quit smoking.
Reducing alcohol consumption.
Especially for people with angina or sitting angina, prevention of heart disease needs to be done in order to avoid a heart attack and its complications. Therefore, people with angina are encouraged to take medicines that are given by the doctor and according to the dosage.
